      Ok, there are no words to adequately describe the life-saver Allison was for me!! My place was in quite the disarray after living in the same place for 25 years and having been a caregiver plus working full-time for most of those. But I was moving, and it all had to be dealt with and packed up. My friend referred me to Allison after she got his house picture-ready to sell in no-time! And I'm so glad he did!! Allison is super FAST and worked so far above and beyond to help me purge, pack, and meet my moving deadline. And the whole while, she NEVER ONCE made me feel embarrassed about any of my disorganization. She is simultaneously so thoughtful.... with the various personal items I was struggling with keeping or purging, she would frequently call and say that she was thinking about the situation (in her down time) and would offer some comforting recommendation, specific to my scenario, as to how to manage those things. I'm telling you, this girl will get it done and you don't have to stress about the process! I sincerely can't emphasize enough what a blessing Allison was for me, and I would (and have) highly recommend her to anyone!! 

After 25 years, I decided to sell my home but I was very overwhelmed. One gathers a lot of stuff over 25 years. Allison was referred to help me “purge” and stage my house. The first purge day was tough for me but Allison patiently held my hand through the completed process. I am convinced that the “staging” of my house was the reason it sold in “ONE” day! She then coordinated the moving process. She decorated and organized my new house. I am probably one of the few people who has moved and all boxes have been sorted, labeled and have a place in my garage.

Allison Norris Austin is a miracle worker—a modern day Mary Poppins. Flying in on her umbrella, she tidies up the most unorganized of spaces and breathes air and light into the most cluttered of dark spaces. I actually thought I was fairly organized until I met Allison at OCDS Solutions. She’s a delight. She genuinely is so excited about making systems for spaces to feel and work better. We moved in six years ago and I threw stuff in cabinets and closets and then went to grad school. From the looks of things, our home is always meticulously clean - until you open the cabinets and drawers. In comes Allison.

Allison completely re-envisioned my closet. It only took about four and half hours with a quick trip to Home Depot for a few necessities. She had me order several of her favorite storage solutions in advance and then we took everything out. She reorganized shelving and we went through everything. I really am so excited that I stand in front of it like a teenager stands in front of the refrigerator—just looking at how good everything looks! I feel like a have a new wardrobe. Beautiful items I never wear because they were slammed in the back of the dark closet are now prominently displayed and I can put together lovely outfits. It truly does feel I am shopping in my own closet.

Now that my closet is done, I cannot wait for Allison to work her magic on our garage!

My mom really wanted me to organize my room, which is always a hassle since my room was pretty messy. Allison ended up coming over to help and completely organized my entire closet and added some new additions as well. The closet looks completely organized and she helped with getting rid of things that I didn’t need anymore. Definitely recommend. Great change for my room!

 We've lived in our home for over 16 years now and have accumulated quite a lot of stuff. All this stuff was really getting to be quite overwhelming and unmanageable for us until my wife brought home the brilliant Allison Norris-Austin and her fantastic organizing skills. Allison has an amazing eye for designing spaces and after meeting with clients is able to see how a home space can be transformed to reflect the personalities of its' inhabitants. Both my wife and I are working artists who tend to put our artistic endeavors above organizing skills but Allison actually got us to purge our messy living areas of all unused and unwanted items which were cluttering the open and storage spaces. At first, this organizing project was so overwhelming that I found it very difficult to actually move my body into action but with her fun personality and persistent manner, Allison got both myself and my wife to transform our home into a very clean and artistic space showcasing both our talents. Our living space is now so easy to keep clean and organized! The living space looks so much bigger and open... we just LOVE it! As mentioned, I teach music lessons in my home and now have a beautiful dedicated area for my students. She created an intimate music nook centered around my piano showcasing the various musical instruments I teach hung on the walls above and next to the piano. All my clients and friends are now raving about how artistic our home now looks. I can't thank you enough Allison! 

As a 30 year realty veteran in the valley, I didn't realize how having someone like Allison working along with my clients could make the home selling process more efficient. Clients have truly been hypnotized by her speediness. One client calling her the "Tasmanian Devil." She has truly been an asset in helping my clients de-clutter and prepare their homes for sale.
